Ostara Assist app for iPhone and iPad

Ostara Assist has been developed by Ostara Australia to provide additional support services and resources to our valued clients, who may be looking for work or have recently started employment.

The app provides a faster and easier way for clients to connect, share information and discover opportunities when on the go.

From a mobile device Ostara Australia clients can now:
1) Receive job alerts for new job vacancies
2) Connect with their Employment Consultant
3) View personal appointment details
4) Share pay slips, documents and photos
5) Receive immediate support if overwhelmed at work
6) Access helpful resources
7) Provide feedback to Ostara Australia

TO REGISTER
Contact your Ostara Australia Employment Consultant who will provide you with a temporary password. Once you have downloaded Ostara Assist, to register you simply enter your Jobseeker Identification Number (JSID) and your temporary password, which can be later updated within Ostara Assist. If you have any difficulty downloading or registering Ostara Assist, contact your local Ostara Australia office for assistance.
